These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Cadera website, software, platform, services, communications tools, website services, automations, and related offerings. By accessing or using Cadera, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
Users must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement. Cadera is intended primarily for businesses and commercial use.
2. Accounts
Users are responsible for providing accurate information, maintaining account security, protecting login credentials, activities performed through their account, and notifying Cadera of unauthorized access.

4. Website Services
Cadera may optimize an existing website and, where necessary, may provide a website.
- Customer approval may be required for content.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate business information.
- Cadera does not guarantee specific search rankings, traffic, conversion rates, or revenue.
- Third-party hosting, domains, plugins, or integrations may be subject to separate terms.
5. Subscriptions and Billing
- Applicable pricing is shown at purchase or agreed separately.
- Recurring charges continue until canceled.
- Customers authorize recurring billing.
- Taxes may apply.
- Third-party usage charges may apply for certain services.
6. Cancellation
Customers may cancel according to the cancellation process provided by Cadera. Cancellation generally stops future recurring charges after the applicable billing period. Fees already paid are generally non-refundable unless required by law or specifically stated otherwise.
7. Usage-Based Services
Some features may involve variable third-party costs such as SMS, phone calls, phone numbers, email, AI usage, domains, and third-party integrations. These charges may be included, limited, passed through, or billed separately depending on the customer's plan.
8. Communications Compliance
Customers are responsible for complying with applicable laws and platform rules when using Cadera to contact leads and customers. This includes obtaining required consent for SMS, automated communications, marketing calls, and email marketing. Customers must honor opt-out requests and may not use Cadera for spam or unlawful communications.
9. Acceptable Use
Customers may not use Cadera for unlawful use, fraud, harassment, spam, malware, unauthorized access, impersonation, intellectual property violations, abusive or deceptive practices, interference with Cadera systems, or use that violates third-party rules.
10. Customer Content
Customers retain ownership of content and data they submit to Cadera. Customers grant Cadera a limited license to process and use that content as necessary to provide the service. Customers are responsible for having the necessary rights to the content and data they upload.
11. Intellectual Property
Cadera owns or licenses its software, branding, designs, workflows, templates, documentation, website content, and proprietary systems. Customers may use them only as authorized. Copying, reselling, reverse engineering, or unauthorized redistribution is not permitted.
12. Third-Party Services
Cadera may depend on or integrate with third-party services. Cadera is not responsible for outages, policy changes, account suspensions, API changes, or failures caused by third-party providers.
13. No Guarantee of Results
Cadera does not guarantee leads, customers, revenue, profit, search rankings, ad performance, conversion rates, review volume, or business growth. Results depend on many factors outside Cadera's control.
14. Service Availability
Cadera aims to provide reliable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, outages, updates, third-party failures, or technical issues may occur.
15. Termination
Cadera may suspend or terminate access for nonpayment, misuse, violation of these Terms, illegal activity, abuse of the platform, or security risks.
16. Disclaimers
Services are provided on an "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Cadera is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Total liability will generally not exceed amounts paid to Cadera during a reasonable prior period.
18. Indemnification
Customers agree to indemnify Cadera for misuse of Cadera, unlawful communications, customer content, and violations caused by the customer.
19. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
20. Changes to the Terms
Cadera may update these Terms. Continued use after changes become effective may constitute acceptance where permitted by law.
